Karlo Pokrajcic
Captain | Booking Manager
An experienced and versatile captain with over 12 years of sailing experience. Parents took him sailing when he was a kid and he fell in love with it.
Although life had other plans for him before he could dedicate all his time only to sailing and all other outdoor activities he enjoys. Throughout his studies in Croatia and Norway and a career in sales, marketing and digital marketing Karlo used every free moment of his time to spend at sea working as a skipper, racing in regattas, race dinghies or volunteering in a race committee.
Finally, in 2015 Karlo left the corporate waters and set full sails in the direction he always wanted. Since then, he has done his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, he has skippered charter boats up to 72ft in the Adriatic, Ionian sea and the Caribbean, delivered boats up to 90ft through the Mediterranean and Atlantic. Karlo crossed the Atlantic twice, the northern and the southern route and collected more than 15000 NM of sailing experience. Since his passion for sailing is only growing, this is just the beginning of his story.
Marina & Matea
Vegan Sailing Crew
Vegan sailing duo ready to show you the beauties of Croatian coast and fill your stomachs with fine gourmet vegan meals.
Matea, your skipper, is usually spending summers at the coast sailing different boats and enjoying the sun and the sea. In another part of the year when not sailing, she is working as a fitness coach in her studio. What you can expect when you are on board with Matea is to get a complete sailing school if that’s what you are interested in. Also, since she is a big lover of movement, you can be sure to catch some nice hikes to nearby tops of the islands whenever possible.
Marina will be your cook on board. After spending most of her career in upper management in tourism industry, she made a big turn a few years ago and decided to follow her passion in creative cooking. Experienced in making anyone who tastes her food „go wow“.
Cooking is her playground but she approaches it very studiously, always aiming to deliver perfect tastes to plate. No matter if you are a life-long vegan or someone who is willing to try something new for the first time, Marina will make you want to stay in her kitchen for much longer than a holiday week on a sailing boat.

Canadian Croatian from Vancouver, BC with a wealth of experience in guiding and running tours in the adventure tourism industry in Croatia and beyond. First started guiding in 2008 with Adriatic Kayaks in Dubrovnik then co-founded Jamming Adventures and over hundreds of successful tours with satisfied customers from 2009 to 2019. I have sailed and kayaked almost all the destinations we offer, enabling me to have local expertise on sailing routes, boats, restaurants, and good places to be active through hiking, snorkeling as side trips.
His objective is to work to provide our guests with the best authentic experience of Croatia’s beautiful natural landscape from the seas to the mountains. He hopes to create a memorable life experience, not just another holiday. Put your mind to rest and let him take care of finding the boat & crew for your boating holiday. We have a wide variety of boats and with our skipper services, I’m sure, I will be able to place you with the right boat and crew if needed to meet all the needs to have a great vacation on the water.
